136 General interpretation

In this Act—

• “the 1984 Act” means the Police and Criminal Evidence Act 1984 (c. 60);

• “the 1996 Act” means the Police Act 1996 (c. 16); and

• “the 1997 Act” means the Police Act 1997 (c. 50).
