82Commencement

The provisions of this Act come into force on such day as the Secretary of State may by order appoint.

Any such order shall be made by statutory instrument and may appoint different days for different provisions and purposes.

83Repeals

The enactments mentioned in Schedule 10 are repealed to the extent specified.

84Short title

This Act may be cited as the International Criminal Court Act 2001.
