In this Act—
“national court” means a court in the United Kingdom or a service court; and
[F1 “ service court ” means—
(a)the Court Martial;
(b)the Service Civilian Court;
(c)the Court Martial Appeal Court; or
(d)the Supreme Court on an appeal brought from the Court Martial Appeal Court.]
