National Heritage Act 2002, Cross Heading: Supplementary is up to date with all changes known to be in force on or before 10 May 2025. There are changes that may be brought into force at a future date. Changes that have been made appear in the content and are referenced with annotations.
(1)This Act may be cited as the National Heritage Act 2002.
(2)This Act shall come into force at the end of the period of two months beginning with the day on which it is passed.
(3)Any amendment or repeal made by this Act shall have the same extent as the enactment to which it relates.
(4)Section 3 and this section extend to England and Wales, Scotland and Northern Ireland.
(5)Subject to subsections (3) and (4), this Act extends to England and Wales only.
