Section 41 (right of qualifying tenant to obtain information in connection with right to acquire new lease) is amended as follows.

In subsection (4), for the words from “address” to the end substitute “ registered office of the RTE company by which it was given. ”

In subsection (5), for “nominee purchaser” substitute “ RTE company ”.
