Section 91 (jurisdiction of leasehold valuation tribunals) is amended as follows.

In subsection (2), for “nominee purchaser” substitute “ RTE company ”.

In subsection (11), for “ “the nominee purchaser” and “the participating tenants” have” substitute “ “RTE company” has ”.
