(2)In subsection (1)—
(a)for “nominee purchaser”, in the first and last place, substitute “ RTE company ”, and
(b)for “tenant”, in the first place, substitute “ member ”.
(3)In subsection (2)—
(a)for “nominee purchaser” (in each place) substitute “ RTE company ”, and
