In section 170(5) (interpretation)—
a
in the definition of “the relevant enactments”, after paragraph (ag) insert—
ah
the provisions of the State Pension Credit Act 2002;
and
b
in the definition of “the relevant Northern Ireland enactments”, after paragraph (ag) insert—
ah
any provisions in Northern Ireland which correspond to provisions of the State Pension Credit Act 2002; and
