State Pension Credit Act 2002, Paragraph 33 is up to date with all changes known to be in force on or before 03 March 2025. There are changes that may be brought into force at a future date. Changes that have been made appear in the content and are referenced with annotations.
33(1)Paragraph 6 of Schedule 4 (deductions from income support and jobseeker’s allowance in respect of unpaid council tax) is amended as follows.E+W+S
(2)In sub-paragraph (1) for “or a jobseeker’s allowance” substitute “ , a jobseeker’s allowance or state pension credit ”.
(3)In sub-paragraph (2)(b) for “or a jobseeker’s allowance” substitute “ , a jobseeker’s allowance or state pension credit ”.
