26 E+WIn section 92 (further transfers of trust property)—

(a) in subsection (1), after “functions of any” there is inserted “ Strategic Health Authority, ”, and

(b) in subsection (1A), before paragraph (a) there is inserted—

“(za) a Strategic Health Authority;”.
