29 E+W In section 98 (accounts and audit)—

(a) in subsection (1), before paragraph (a) there is inserted—

“(za) every Strategic Health Authority;”,

and

(b) in subsection (2AA), for “Health Authority” there is substituted “ Strategic Health Authority ”.
