30 E+W In section 56 (inadequate Part 2 services)—

(a) before “Health Authority”, where it first occurs, there is inserted “ Primary Care Trust or ”, and

(b) in paragraph (i), after “authorise the” there is inserted “ Primary Care Trust or ”.
