The Disabled Persons (Services, Consultation and Representation) Act 1986 (c. 33)E+W

51In section 7 of the Disabled Persons (Services, Consultation and Representation) Act 1986 (persons discharged from hospital), in subsection (9), for paragraph (a) of the definition of “health authority” there is substituted—
