26In section 1 of the Hospital Complaints Procedure Act 1985 (hospital complaints procedure), in subsection (1B), after “Trust”, where it first occurs, there is inserted “ and Local Health Board ”, and in the second place where it occurs there is inserted “ or Local Health Board ”.
