(2)In paragraph (1), for “and (3)” insert “ to (4) ”.
(3)After paragraph (3) insert—
“(4)Regulations under Article 18(10) shall be made by statutory instrument which shall be subject to annulment in pursuance of a resolution of either House of Parliament.”
