In section 9(3) (bets to which section does not apply)—
a
in paragraph (a), omit “or coupon betting",
b
for sub-paragraphs (i) to (iv) of paragraph (a) substitute—
i
the bet is not made by means of a totalisator, and
ii
the promoter is in the Isle of Man; or
and
c
in paragraph (aa)(i), omit “or coupon betting".
