6U.K.In section 9(3) (bets to which section does not apply)—
(a)in paragraph (a), omit “or coupon betting",
(b)for sub-paragraphs (i) to (iv) of paragraph (a) substitute—
“(i)the bet is not made by means of a totalisator, and
(ii)the promoter is in the Isle of Man; or”,
and
(c)in paragraph (aa)(i), omit “or coupon betting".
