1 In section 7(3) of the Judicature (Northern Ireland) Act 1978 (c. 23) (appointment of temporary High Court judges)—

(a) for “Lord Chancellor” substitute “ First Minister and deputy First Minister ”, and

(b) for “he may” substitute “ they may, acting jointly, ”.
