Temporary High Court judges

1 In section 7(3) of the Judicature (Northern Ireland) Act 1978 (c. 23) (appointment of temporary High Court judges)—

(a) for “Lord Chancellor” substitute “First Minister and deputy First Minister”, and

(b) for “he may” substitute “they may, acting jointly,”.
