Export Control Act 2002 (c. 28)

14 Financial provision U.K.

There shall be paid out of money provided by Parliament—

(a) any expenses of a government department incurred in consequence of this Act; and

(b) any increase attributable to this Act in the sums payable out of such money under any other Act.
