24In section 139(12) of the Criminal Justice and Public Order Act 1994 (search powers) in paragraph (b) of the definition of “items subject to legal privilege” for “section 40 of the Criminal Justice (Scotland) Act 1987” substitute “ section 412 of the Proceeds of Crime Act 2002 ”.
