There are currently no known outstanding effects for the Proceeds of Crime Act 2002, Paragraph 33.
33The following provisions of the Crime and Punishment (Scotland) Act 1997 shall cease to have effect—
(a)section 15(3),
(b)in Schedule 1, paragraph 20.
