I1C6134C6 Protection of persons affected

This section applies where an administrator is appointed under section 125 or 128(3).

The following persons may apply to the court—

a

any person affected by action taken by the administrator;

b

any person who may be affected by action the administrator proposes to take.

On an application under this section the court may make such order as it thinks appropriate.
