198 Appointment N.I.

(1) This section applies if—

(a) a confiscation order is made,

(b) it is not satisfied, and

(c) it is not subject to appeal.

(2) On the application of the prosecutor the Crown Court may by order appoint a receiver in respect of realisable property.
