Reconsideration

I1C2C4C3C125C2C4C3C1 Small amount outstanding: discharge of order

This section applies if—

a

a court has made a confiscation order,

b

F1the designated officer for a magistrates' court applies to the Crown Court for the discharge of the order, and

c

the amount remaining to be paid under the order is £50 or less.

In such a case the court may discharge the order.

The Secretary of State may by order vary the amount for the time being specified in subsection (1)(c).
