15 (1) The [F3 Office] shall pay to the Secretary of State all sums received by it (otherwise than under paragraph 14) in the course of, or in connection with, the carrying out of its [F4 or the Director General's] functions.

(2) Sub-paragraph (1) shall not apply where the Secretary of State so directs.

(3) Any sums received by the Secretary of State under this paragraph shall be paid into the Consolidated Fund.
