SCHEDULE 14 E+W Inspection of nursery education

6 E+W In section 9(2) of the Protection of Children Act 1999 (c. 14) (jurisdiction of the Tribunal), for paragraph (ca) there is substituted—

“(ca) on an appeal under paragraph 10(1A) of Schedule 26 to the School Standards and Framework Act 1998;”.
