SCHEDULE 18 E+W Special Educational Needs Tribunal for Wales

4 E+W In section 333 (constitution of Tribunal), before subsection (1) there is inserted—

“(1Z) In this section and sections 334 to 336, “the Tribunal” means the Special Educational Needs and Disability Tribunal.”
