In section 9(2) of the Protection of Children Act 1999 (proceedings of the Tribunal)—
(a)
for paragraph (b) there is substituted—
“(b)
on an appeal, application for leave or review under section 144 of the Education Act 2002;”,
and
(b)
at the end there is inserted
“or
“(f)
on an appeal under section 166 of the Education Act 2002;”.
