107 Power to alter or remove requirements for fourth key stage E+W

[F1 (1)] The [F2 Welsh Ministers] may by order—

(a) amend any provision of section 106, or

(b) provide that, while the order remains in force, that section is not to have effect.

[F3 (2) Such an order may make such amendments of this Act as appear to the Welsh Ministers to be necessary or expedient in connection with the provision made under subsection (1).]
