107 Power to alter or remove requirements for fourth key stageE+W
[F1(1)]The [F2Welsh Ministers] may by order—
(a)amend any provision of section 106, or
(b)provide that, while the order remains in force, that section is not to have effect.
[F3(2)Such an order may make such amendments of this Act as appear to the Welsh Ministers to be necessary or expedient in connection with the provision made under subsection (1).]
