117 Procedure for making certain orders and regulations E+W

Where [F1 the Welsh Ministers propose] to make—

(a) an order under section 103(4), 105(6), 108(2)(a) or (b)(i) or (ii) or (3)(a) or (b), or

(b) regulations under section 112,

[F2 the Welsh Ministers] shall make such arrangements for consultation about the proposals as [F3 the Welsh Ministers consider] appropriate.
