44In section 40 of the Matrimonial and Family Proceedings Act 1984 (family proceedings rules), in subsection (2), in paragraph (a), after “the Adoption Act 1968” the “or” is omitted and after “the Adoption Act 1976” there is inserted “or section 141(1) of the Adoption and Children Act 2002”.
