2In section 87A(1) of the Magistrates’ Court Act 1980 (fine imposed on company) for “section 9 or 124 of the Insolvency Act 1986” substitute “ section 124 of, or paragraph 12 of Schedule B1 to, the Insolvency Act 1986 ”.
