Tribunal rules may make provision for the Tribunal to transfer a claim made in proceedings under section 47A of the 1998 Act to—

(a)

the High Court or a county court in England and Wales or Northern Ireland; or

(b)

the Court of Session or a sheriff court in Scotland.
