(1)F1... [F2The CMA] shall prepare and publish general advice and information about[F3—
(a)the making and consideration by it of references under section 22 or 33, and
(b)the way in which relevant customer benefits may affect the taking of enforcement action in relation to such references.]

(5)Advice and information published under this section shall be prepared with a view to—

(6)Advice (or information) published by virtue of subsection (1) F7... may include advice (or information) about the factors which the [F8CMA] may take into account in considering whether, and if so how, to exercise a function conferred by this Part.
(7)Any advice or information published by the [F9CMA] under this section shall be published in such manner as the [F10CMA] considers appropriate.
(8)In preparing any advice or information under this section, the [F11CMA shall consult such persons] as it considers appropriate.
