In this Act—
“the 1973 Act” means the Fair Trading Act 1973 (c. 41);
“the 1998 Act” means the Competition Act 1998 (c. 41);
“the Commission” means the Competition Commission;
“the Director” means the Director General of Fair Trading; and
“the OFT” means the Office of Fair Trading.
