18U.K.In Part II of Schedule 1 to the Judicial Pensions and Retirement Act 1993 (offices which may be qualifying judicial offices) for “Adjudicator for the purposes of the Immigration and Asylum Act 1999 (other than Asylum Support Adjudicator)” substitute “Adjudicator appointed for the purposes of Part 5 of the Nationality, Immigration and Asylum Act 2002”.
