A person who is aggrieved by a decision of the registrar with respect to entry into, or termination of, a network access agreement may appeal against the decision to the F1First-tier Tribunal.

On determining an appeal under this paragraph, the F2First-tier Tribunal may give such directions as F3the tribunal considers appropriate to give effect to F4its determination.
