In section 73B of the Education (Scotland) Act 1980 (grants and loans: Scotland)—

a

in subsection (3)(g) for “regulations under section 203 of the Income and Corporation Taxes Act 1988 (PAYE)” substitute “ PAYE regulations ”; and

b

in subsection (4) for “income assessable to income tax under Schedule E” substitute “ PAYE income ”.
