Acquisition by trustees of settlement U.K.

4 U.K. Where persons acquire a chargeable interest as trustees of a settlement, they are treated for the purposes of this Part, as it applies in relation to that acquisition, as purchasers of the whole of the interest acquired (including the beneficial interest).
