73 (1) Paragraph 31 is amended as follows. U.K.

(2) Omit the entry relating to “subject to forfeiture”.

(3) At the appropriate places insert—

“convertible shares

paragraph 22B”.

(4) This paragraph has effect in accordance with the provision made for the substitution of Part 4 of, and the insertion of Part 4A in, Schedule 23.
