Fire Safety and Safety of Places of Sport Act 1987 (c. 27) E+W

106 E+W After section 33(2) of the Fire Safety and Safety of Places of Sport Act 1987 (requirements of safety certificate to take precedence over conflicting conditions imposed in licence, etc.) insert—

“(2A) For the purposes of subsection (2)—

(a) “the licensing of premises” includes the granting of a premises licence or club premises certificate under the Licensing Act 2003, and

(b) “licence” is to be construed accordingly.”
