68 E+W The Greater London Council (General Powers) Act 1978 is amended as follows.

69 E+W Section 3 (human posing to be treated as entertainment) ceases to have effect.

70 E+W In section 5(4)(a) (definition of “booking office”)—

(a) omit sub-paragraph (ii) and the word “or” immediately preceding it, and

(b) for “sub-paragraphs (i) and (ii)” substitute “sub-paragraph (i)”.
