107 E+W In paragraph 40(1) of Schedule 3 to the Norfolk and Suffolk Broads Act 1988 (provision of facilities by Broads Authority), in paragraph (b) for “intoxicating liquor” substitute “alcohol (within the meaning of the Licensing Act 2003)”.
