Schedule 12 (meetings and proceedings of local authorities) is amended as follows.

In the following provisions, for “premises licensed for the sale of intoxicating liquor” substitute “premises which at the time of such a meeting may, by virtue of a premises licence or temporary event notice under the Licensing Act 2003, be used for the supply of alcohol (within the meaning of section 14 of that Act)”—

paragraph 10(1) (location of parish council meetings),
