80 Period of validity of club premises certificate E+W

(1) A club premises certificate has effect until such time as—

(a) it is withdrawn under section 88 or 90, or

(b) it lapses by virtue of section 81(3) (surrender).

(2) But a club premises certificate does not have effect during any period when it is suspended under section 88 [F1 or 92A].
