Part 1 E+W+S Railways Act 1993 (c. 43)

1 E+W+S The Railways Act 1993 shall be amended as follows.

3 E+W+S Subject to the following paragraphs of this Schedule, in the provisions specified in the following table—

(a) for “the Regulator” substitute “ the Office of Rail Regulation ”,

(c) for “his”, where it refers to the Regulator, substitute “ its ”.
