(1)

Part 5 of the 1996 Act (the Broadcasting Standards Commission) shall be amended as follows.

(2)

For “the BSC” and “The BSC”, wherever occurring in any of sections 107, 110, 111, 114, 115, 118 to 121 there shall be substituted “ OFCOM ”.
