Section 116 of the 1990 Act (applications for additional radio services licences) shall be amended as follows.

For “the Authority” and “The Authority”, wherever occurring, there shall be substituted “ OFCOM ”.

In subsection (1)(b)(iii), the words “(subject to the approval of the Secretary of State)” shall be omitted.
